Business Development & Sales Strategy:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the rental equipment market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads, followed by follow-up and sales presentations..
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate equipment rental solutions.
  • Offer excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Rental Process Management:

  • Oversee the equipment rental process from initial inquiry to delivery and return.
  • Ensure timely equipment availability and meet customer specifications.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for seamless equipment delivery and collection.
  • Monitor and manage the status of rental contracts, renewals, and agreements.
  • Sales Reporting & Targets:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, pricing strategies, and rental market trends.
  • Identify key industry events, conferences, and trade shows for networking and business development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient rental processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for rental services.
  • Contract Negotiation & Pricing:

  • Negotiate rental terms, conditions, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and rental quotations.
