Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the rental equipment market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads, followed by follow-up and sales presentations..

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate equipment rental solutions.
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Rental Process Management:
- Oversee the equipment rental process from initial inquiry to delivery and return.
- Ensure timely equipment availability and meet customer specifications.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for seamless equipment delivery and collection.
- Monitor and manage the status of rental contracts, renewals, and agreements.

Sales Reporting & Targets:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, pricing strategies, and rental market trends.
- Identify key industry events, conferences, and trade shows for networking and business development.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient rental processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for rental services.

Contract Negotiation & Pricing:
- Negotiate rental terms, conditions, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and rental quotations.
