Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Inspector – RTR to join our team for Saudi Aramco projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project quality standards, client specifications, and industry regulations related to RTR piping and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect RTR piping systems to ensure compliance with Aramco and international quality standards.
• Conduct material inspections, dimensional checks, and verify installation procedures.
• Review and approve RTR piping and fittings, ensuring proper curing, lamination, and joint integrity.
• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of RTR pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and project specifications.
• Document and report inspection findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the construction and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in audits and inspections conducted by Aramco representatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RTR piping inspection for Saudi Aramco projects.
• Certified by Aramco as a QC RTR Inspector (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO, ASME, ASTM, and SAES standards.
• Experience in RTR pipe lamination, wrapping, and installation procedures.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
