📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Piping Superintendent with proven field execution leadership in piping fabrication and erection, preferably within oil & gas or petrochemical EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the construction phase, ensure adherence to project specifications, and lead a site team to deliver safe, high-quality piping systems on schedule.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site piping works including fabrication, welding, installation, hydro-testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning.
• Interpret project drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs to execute field operations.
• Ensure adherence to company and client (e.g., ARAMCO) specifications, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.
• Monitor contractor and crew performance to maintain productivity and resolve any site issues.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and QA/QC departments to ensure material availability and work front readiness.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices daily.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, manpower updates, and productivity data.
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams for site inspections and approvals.
• Manage welding procedures, qualifications, and welder performance records.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade certification.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in piping supervision, with strong exposure to oil & gas projects in the Gulf.
• ARAMCO or SABIC project experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, isometrics, piping GA drawings, and weld maps.
• Knowledge of ASME, API standards, welding processes, and hydro-test procedures.
• Leadership capability to manage site teams, foremen, and subcontractors effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and construction documentation.
