TALENT ACQUISITION:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s staffing needs.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

JOB POSTINGS AND ADVERTISEMENTS:
• Draft and post compelling job descriptions and advertisements that align with the company’s brand and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date job postings on internal and external platforms.

CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT:
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring managers.

COLLABORATION:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

DATA AND REPORTING:
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring progress, metrics, and challenges.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mining, exploration, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations is preferred.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:
    • Experience in sourcing candidates for technical and specialized roles.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Certification in recruitment.
