🔧 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E&I Superintendent to oversee and manage the execution of electrical and instrumentation works at our ongoing oil & gas and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the site execution team, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day Electrical and Instrumentation site activities.

• Ensure compliance with ARAMCO / international standards, project drawings, and specifications.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement departments for project execution.

• Review IFC drawings, redline markups, and assist in as-built documentation.

• Ensure material availability and proper allocation of manpower and tools.

• Conduct regular tool box talks and enforce safety protocols.

• Monitor subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality and project deadlines.

• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Maintain daily work progress reports and submit weekly updates to Project Manager.

📚 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant engineering field.

• 10+ years of experience in E&I works, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and construction methodologies.

• Familiar with cable laying, glanding & termination, panel installations, loop checking, and commissioning support.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD/SmartPlant (preferred), and report writing.

• Must hold valid Transferable Iqama or be eligible for local transfer in Saudi Arabia.
