📝 Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the execution of E&I works at project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supervising field teams in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in industrial or oil & gas environments.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor E&I activities including cable pulling, glanding, termination, instrument installation, and loop checking.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and safety departments to ensure compliance with specifications and HSE standards.
• Interpret single line diagrams, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and vendor documents.
• Ensure correct material usage, adherence to drawings, and method statements.
• Manage skilled and semi-skilled workforce and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and manpower records.
• Assist with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including testing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely availability of tools, materials, and permits.

🎓 Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in EPC or oil & gas site projects.
• Sound knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems, including fieldbus, PLC, DCS, and loop checking.
• Familiarity with ARAMCO / SABIC standards is preferred.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-national workforces.
