
Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced QC Inspector β Welding (Aramco Approved & CBT Pass) to join our team in Jubail & other locations. The ideal candidate must have Saudi Aramco approval and strong expertise in welding inspection, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
β Conduct welding inspections as per Saudi Aramco, ASME, AWS, and API codes.
β Verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and material specifications.
β Monitor pre-welding, welding, and post-welding activities to ensure compliance.
β Perform VT, RT, PT, UT, and MT inspections as required.
β Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
β Ensure compliance with Aramco project specifications.
β Coordinate with QA/QC teams, welding engineers, and third-party inspectors.
β Follow HSE guidelines and participate in audits.
Requirements:

Saudi Aramco Approved & CBT Pass Certified (Mandatory).
β
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
β
Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection for oil & gas, industrial, or EPC projects.
β
Strong knowledge of welding codes (ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, etc.).
β
CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, or equivalent certification preferred.
β
Familiarity with NDT techniques (RT, PT, UT, MT) is an advantage.
β
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
β
Must be available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
